All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

📍 Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Satin Glow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at patrice@satinglowcandle.com. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed.

📬 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Satin Glow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier for assistance.

📦Damaged Items

We take pride in packaging your items with care. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
